All Psychic applicants regardless of experience and training undergo a test reading one to one appointment with the HR coordinator.

 Once staffed on our network, we monitor all Psychic readers.  Therefore our screening process doesn't stop at the hiring process.  It is one thing for a psychic staff to be hired versus staying onboard.  We take our work too seriously.   Client feedback plays a major part as well.
